The Neighbourhood Plan is a formal planning policy that the Town Council can promote to provide guidance on new developments, in this case for the central part of Kettering, including the town centre. The plan covers a variety of headings from
green spaces and historic buildings to the future role of the town centre and houses in multiple occupation. It address cycling and pedestrian issues, bio-diversity, energy efficiency and key development sites. Kettering Town Council (as the designated body) has now reached the pre-submission stage of the Central Kettering Neighbourhood Plan and we are pleased to make the document available for consultation from: Monday 2 February to Monday 23 March 2026.
